Professional service, good car condition.

I did not fulfill the contract because they demanded an extra payment of about 74 MYR, without clear explanation. QEEQ's order listed it as 'other' without specifying the amount, which did not match the quoted price on the website. Extending the rental period costs 250 MYR per day. The agent who delivered the car was local and communication was impossible. Renting in the city costs only 85 MYR per day. Do not rent from QEEQ. I accept forfeiting my deposit; this is trash.

The staff is nice.

The Avis staff at Penang Airport were great. They provided detailed explanations and the service was excellent. The car was also comfortable and clean.

Like: Easy pick up and return of vehicle.
Dislike: The car's back door has a little problem, I have to close it really hard and still getting the warning sign. There were times I could not close it properly.

Like: The trip is comfort and the car is really clean. Good checking list on the condition of the car before handover / passing the car key to me. affordable rental price and fuel saving.

Like: On the last day discovered the car had a dent at the back. Contacted the company and explained. They don't give ridiculous price for repair. Jus a small fee upon returning of vehicle. Overall experience excellent.

None of the staff speak Chinese, making it difficult to communicate if your English isn't good.

The service was fast and the car was in good condition.
