Efficient

Absolutely love it! The diesel 4WD is amazing to drive, easily hits over 200km/h on Germany's autobahn, and it's super fuel-efficient at just 5.6L per 100km. The space is huge, back seats can even be used as a bed. Handles snow effortlessly, plus it has a seat massage function which makes long trips so comfortable. One tank of fuel covers 1100km!

Pretty good overall.

The front desk staff were really warm and welcoming. The car was in great condition with only 12,000 km on it, and it was a fully loaded hybrid, super fuel-efficient. All the luggage for our family of three fit in easily. The smart driver-assist features made driving on the highway feel much safer. I’ll definitely go with QEEQ again next time.

Perhaps because I purchased full insurance from the car rental company, there was no upselling throughout. However, there was an upgrade during pick-up due to a lack of vehicles, and during drop-off, there was only one staff member, so it was quite slow.

Everything went super smoothly, no one tried to upsell me extra insurance, and they clearly explained the driving area limits. Drop-off was also really efficient. I’ve rented with Hertz many times now and they’ve been consistently good.

Easy to locate at Geneva Airport. The car provided was a different brand but very new and had no issues driving. Highway tolls are already included, highly recommended! Make sure to bring a USB cable.

It might be because I arrived early, there was only one staff member, and the wait was a bit long.
