Absolutely love it! The diesel 4WD is amazing to drive, easily hits over 200km/h on Germany's autobahn, and it's super fuel-efficient at just 5.6L per 100km. The space is huge, back seats can even be used as a bed. Handles snow effortlessly, plus it has a seat massage function which makes long trips so comfortable. One tank of fuel covers 1100km!

No waiting in line when picking up the car, and the vehicle was already prepared.

The whole experience was super smooth from start to finish, and both the pickup and drop-off locations were really easy to find. The trunk was also nice and spacious—easily fit at least three 28-inch suitcases.

The staff handled everything really quickly. Looked like our original car wasn’t available so they switched us to a different model.

Really impressed with Hertz this time. They didn’t push any extra insurance at all, so the whole pickup process was super relaxed. Thanks for the great service! They even upgraded me for free to a brand‑new 2026 Mercedes Vito, latest model. Drives amazingly, tons of space in the trunk and really strong power.

Everything went super smoothly, no one tried to upsell me extra insurance, and they clearly explained the driving area limits. Drop-off was also really efficient. I’ve rented with Hertz many times now and they’ve been consistently good.
