The car was a little bigger than ordered. The only small complain is that we arrived half an hour earlier and the car was not ready then, we had to wait.

La única pega q pongo y q aún no he conseguido descifrar (por qué la factura q me han enviado está en inglés) es q una vez devuelto el vehículo y habiendo pagado un seguro a todo riesgo, habiendo dejado el depósito al mismo nivel q lo encontré , se me ha cobrado un gasto de 61€ q no se a q corresponde ... Además de no haber sido informada por el personal de q este gasto se iba a llevar a cabo

During the 3rd day of the journey, the tyre burst, but Qeeq/Europcar swiftly responded to my call and dispatched roadside assistance and made sure everything, including the full refund was issued by the insurance timely. Best services and support. I will always use Qeeq in the future due to their cheapest price and wonderful support.

Charged a large deposit on my credit card despite everything being paid. Very annoying as it blocks this amount for the entire period of the rental.

Despite saying everything is paid and no payment on collection, Europcar charges the large deposit on your credit card which is very annoying.

The car is as we wish we could get. No problem at all. Interior is clean and comfirtable.

I wish they had a larger fleet of automatic vehicles. Since I only drive automatic cars, I was given a very small car, which was not what I originally booked. Although it was considered an upgrade, it was really disappointing to receive a mini car instead of the SUV I had reserved.
