Simple procedures, easy pickup and dropoff, accommodating to customer requirements

An excellent car rental experience. Landed just before 2:30 am local time, and there was someone waiting for the car pickup. The service was 5-star with a 7-seater diesel Mitsubishi in decent condition. Pickup and drop-off were at the airport terminal entrance. Returning the car took less than a minute and everything was done.

The process was simple, fast, and the car was in good condition.

The procedures for picking up the car were very simple, they only checked the driver’s license. Luckily, we got a free upgrade. The staff was very friendly. The car was in good condition. Rented a safety seat for only 100 THB per day, which is quite a good deal.

A very convenient car rental experience. As soon as you exit the airport, you can easily spot the counter, and the procedures are straightforward.

Got the car right at the parking lot outside the airport. It had driven just over 16,000 kilometers, it was very clean inside and out, and in great condition. The service was excellent, very friendly, and communication was easy. I will definitely rent from them again next time I go to Thailand. Also, the Nissan Almera, though only 1.2 liters and a three-cylinder engine, accelerated well on flat roads and had ample space. However, it struggled on steep inclines.

Not bad, the two staff members were super nice and very enthusiastic~ However, their English was even worse than mine, making it quite difficult to understand, but we managed to communicate through gestures. The car in the website's photo didn't match the actual car; it wasn't a large SUV, which felt somewhat misleading. This made the price seem a bit high, but the car was relatively new.

The car rental process is very standardized, and the service is excellent! They came to our villa to pick up the car, and the additional charge for car collection was not expensive! Highly recommended!

Excellent service attitude. They brought the car to the airport entrance. Since we booked through QEEQ, they were well-prepared and very responsible.

The staff was very enthusiastic and had a great attitude. They explained the contract details thoroughly. I added zero deductible insurance, and the return process was smooth with minimal inspection. Also, when I rented the car, they only checked my driver's license, so I didn't need the translated copy I brought. The car they rented to me was very new and in excellent condition. I am very satisfied with this car rental experience.

There is a row of rental car counters in the airport arrival hall. The Thai counter is very noticeable and the procedures are quick.

The office opens at 8:00 AM. They don't support UnionPay cards, only VISA and MasterCard. I booked for four days and paid in advance on QEEQ. When I arrived in Krabi, they required an additional 30,000 THB pre-authorization as a deposit. I reserved a Toyota compact car. The pickup process was simple, and minor scratches were not a concern according to the staff. Before returning the car, I called HERZ five minutes in advance and drove directly to Krabi Airport T2. They canceled the pre-authorization immediately.

The service was quite enthusiastic, and they even upgraded us for free, but it was because they didn't have the car we wanted. Both the paperwork and the car pickup were very quick.
