Very punctual. The problem was actually our fault for not turning off the lights, which caused the car battery to drain. Nonetheless, they arrived at the hotel on time at 7:30 AM with a new car.
Excellent! Open 24 hours, which is extremely convenient for most flights from China. Additionally, the Fortuner we rented was very new, having only 1,000 km on it.
The process was simple and fast, and the staff were on duty before the scheduled time. The car was in good condition, and I was very satisfied with the entire rental experience.
Picking up the car was very convenient and the car is in decent condition. Though the car is a bit old, it still drives well and is quite fuel-efficient. Great value for money!

They start operating at 7 AM. Note that there are two terminals at the airport, and you should go to the one for domestic flights within Thailand. The terminals are not far from each other. The drop-off process was highly efficient, it took about a minute to complete. The car was in good condition, though the glass on the dashboard was a bit scratched, obstructing the view slightly, but it was not a major issue.
Great customer service; even at 2:30 AM there was someone available. The car was new with less than 20,000 kilometers. The process of picking up and returning the car was simple and convenient.
