Unexplained charges. Paid the full amount on the app, but was charged the full rent again at pickup. After negotiating upon return, they agreed to refund, but it will take three months! Multiple attempts to resolve it were unsuccessful!
Both the counter staff and the car delivery personnel were very polite. The counter didn't push you to buy insurance, just asked once. Very restrained, well done.
Might want to provide more details on the pick up location as I spent some time to find the rental counter but only to find out that there is no counter in the airport like the other rental company. The counter is located at the carpark beside the airport terminal where all the rental cars are parked instead

The YESAWAY staff at Chinag Mai airport were very nice. They can speak English and Mandarin. It could be a better experience if there was a YESAWAY staff in the arrival hall to bring customer to the parking lot where the rental cars parked. And you should have requested customer to start the engine by themselves making sure they know the operation and don't forgetting the car key.

The booking system could be better if there are some photo showing the rental company counter and it's location.
It's better to let customers know if an international driving license is requried or simply a local (with English) driving license can fit for the purpose.
You need to walk from the international to the domestic terminal at the airport, then walk out to the parking lot. The pickup area is outside without any signs. I had to ask several times to find it.
The staff didn’t accept eVoucher when pick up the car, the renter must give them a paper voucher even we are in 5G world. The staff at parking location did vehicle check in advance but be sure that the renter must carefully check again to be play safe...
