Lots of scratches on the car provided and the drop off staff didn’t read the rental documents but pointing out the scratch marks which I have to tell him to look at the paper before informing me that I’ll have to pay for the damage. It’s wasting time.
Everything was OK except the deposit will be refunded in 10 working days which is too long.
