When renting the car in Orlando, I wasn't clear if the car had the SunPass installed, which made it confusing when driving on Florida's highways and tolls.

Wasted half a day of my holiday ! Mechanical problems with car. Returned it to Sanford but they had no replacements. They sent me to Orlando to change car. No problems with second car.

Carro quase 0 km em excelente estado. Unica reclamacao foi a cobranca que de taxa de devolucao em outra cidade

Reservei o carro para retirada e devolução no aeroporto MCO, mas a QEEQ, unilateralmente, alterou para o aeroporto de Stanford, me causando enorme transtorno para retirar o veículo lá. Por sorte, a funcionária da locadora era extremamente educada e prestativa e alterou a devolução para MCO sem custo, mas os funcionários da QEEQ nada fizeram, apenas disseram que a QEEQ cobraria pela reserva, eu retirando ou não o veículo.

Avis was good, EXCEPT, they made two unauthorized charges to our credit card with no explanation, or copy of a receipt that may help. We dropped car off early in the day, so no attendant. Avis was also aware of extended rental, as the desk attendant had to ask another attendant about what to do, and we assumed that this was allowed for, but it wasn’t reflected on our rental agreement. Very difficult to reach anyone at Avis to discuss this. Placed on hold for over an hour, so I just hung up. I will try again to reach them to discuss these issues.

I will be expecting a refund on this guarantee once I receive a receipt from Avis. They have not given us a receipt for the rental, to explain unauthorized charges to our card, that we do NOT know the reason behind.

Received a hyundai Ioniq 5 instead of the tesla, car was nice and very confortable. The representative who helped us with the pickup seemed in a rush and wasn't really explaining stuff fully like tolls and how to do the drop-off after hours.

Very smooth process and costumer service was very helpfull with doubts.

The issue at the Budget counter was....we were in Mexico when I booked and Budget had a problem with that...they didn't say why...just the way it was. The lady was bitchy and rude

Overall service was satisfactory, but the car indicated it needed an oil change at pickup.
