Very dissatisfied. They tried to mislead us by claiming there were no cars available in the same category and pushed us to rent a higher-class vehicle. In reality, they did have cars of the same model. Only after we refused to upgrade did they give us the same model car. Additionally, they sneakily charged us extra for insurance without us noticing. Be cautious and pay close attention.
The car rental staff asked me to pay a deposit of £1950 with my credit card instead of using a pre-authorization when I picked up the car. After returning the car, I emailed them to request a refund of the deposit, but they claimed that the £1950 payment was just a pre-authorization. When I emailed again, asking them to check their bank payment records, they stopped replying. This is a scam car rental company.
Avoid this company! The car model provided was completely different from the one I booked. When I arrived at the store, they told me there were no Benz cars available! They downgraded the car significantly, with a big price difference, offering only old and poorly maintained cars. They didn't refund the price difference adequately—such a terrible experience!
Very satisfied. My original reservation for a Volvo XC60 was upgraded to a Volvo XC90 by the store. The vehicle was very new, having only 5600 miles on it, and the trunk space was much larger compared to the XC60. The staff was professional and attentive.

Booked whilst standing in the Alamo premises que, due to an issue with another car hire company ,But the company policy meant I was made to wait 2 hours before being allowed to pick up the car. Even though it was ready to be picked up immediately.
The customer service was efficient and friendly. After I declined the insurance, they did not push me to purchase it. The car model matched the order, and the vehicle was in good condition.

Messed up booking, but counter staff came through.... Took time nonetheless. Surprised (and somewhat mortified) to arrive at Greenmotion - obvs rebranded on App. Actually staff good this time (previously nightmare - fictitious damage - obvs. common as 3rd party insurance exclude them) anyways this time ok. Gave me 1/2 tank of free fuel for the delay.
