Absolutely fantastic

Overall it was pretty good, but the car they recommended was £15 more per day, which felt a bit pricey.

No upselling and I got exactly the car I booked.

This company is fantastic. Service was excellent, and the best part is they refunded my deposit the very next day—even before I’d actually paid my traffic ticket. That really shows how trustworthy this rental company is.

Overall the rental went pretty smoothly. Just be aware the staff will try to upsell you insurance without really pointing it out, so make sure you double-check the prices before confirming anything. We booked two identical cars—one of them was brand new but kept showing a low engine oil warning. After calling QEEQ, they arranged for us to get a liter of oil topped up for free at another city location. Later we realized our London inbound and outbound flights were from different airports and had to change the drop-off location. QEEQ handled it well and the service stayed great. They’re still my first choice for overseas car rentals.
