Ich hatte VW Passat gewählt, leider war kein anderes VW Fahrzeug verfügbar. Ich bin mit dem angebotenen Fahrzeug nicht gut zurecht gekommen.
The rental company closes at 3 PM. If you arrive late to pick up the car, they cancel the booking even though I paid in full. They don't reserve the car or issue a refund. The only option is to pay extra for an upgrade, and the price difference for the upgrade is 1.5 times the original booking.
The overall service was fine, but the car provided was very unsatisfactory. There was a significant difference between the two car categories. I rented a Mercedes CLA but was actually given a Citroën, which is a huge downgrade.
It was okay, but unfortunately the POS machine malfunctioned, which delayed us quite a bit. In the end, they had to manually record the credit card number to complete the deposit authorization.
Very satisfied, the deposit was refunded quickly—received in three days. The first car wasn't good, but they replaced it on the third day. Excellent service.
Very satisfied. The parking lot was easy to find, the paperwork was completed in five minutes, then I got the keys, took photos of the car, and drove off.
