Usually, the car rental company will withhold a deposit as a guarantee when picking up the car. If the car is not damaged/stolen and no payment is due after the rental, the deposit will be fully refunded. Generally, the car dealer will release the deposit for you about 30 days after you return the car. If you have not received it by then, you can contact us or the car dealer to help check.

The car was great. The originally booked A3 group vehicle was unavailable, so I paid a bit extra to upgrade to a new Mercedes E. Crossing the border requires an additional fee.
The Berlin train station branch is a bit hard to find, and there isn't a convenient gas station near the parking garage at Munich Airport for returning the car. Everything else was excellent. The car was in great condition. We booked a Passat but ended up with a nearly new (only 1000 kilometers driven) Mercedes C180 station wagon.
