The car was pretty dirty on pickup and the backseat didn’t lock in. They charge an extra 24 euros for off hour drop off which was not previously disclosed and for which they were late for. Also I did not receive my change from the representative (he gave me part of it after I called and followed up).
First of all, I booked a Nissan Note, but got a Polo instead, which was very old. I raised the issue of the size difference, but the staff said they classify cars based on the number of doors. The Note has 5 doors, and the Polo has 5 doors, so they are considered the same class. However, on the rental site, the Polo and Note have different prices. Secondly, the rental slip given to me did not even list the Note, which means if you book a Note, you will definitely get another model instead. Is this consumer fraud? Thirdly, on the last day, we filled up the gas to the original level when we picked up the car. We drove from the Wine Museum to the Black Sand Beach and then to the airport to return the car, covering no more than 20 kilometers. We added 10 euros worth of fuel, and the gauge didn't move. We added another 5 euros, and it still didn't respond. We suspect the fuel gauge might be broken. Adding fuel worth approximately 130 RMB for 20 kilometers with no change in the gauge is suspicious. When we returned the car, we explained this to the staff, but they pretended not to understand and eventually charged us an additional 10 euros. Very dissatisfied with this rental experience.
Terrible experience at picking up the car here. Just because I didn’t want to purchase their own insurance (because I had an insurance with a third company), they treated me in very rude manner. The guy seemed offended and started telling me that I was the only one doing such a thing and when I ask you to give me a piece of paper where he wrote all the conditions of the deposit I was paying he throw it to the bin in such a theatrical way saying that that paper was his (he should have studied drama instead of being a mediocre rental car assistance). Then he made me sign the contract when it said that the card did not have any scratches when I have not had seen the car and I politely asked to see the car first. He shouted at me saying that that was normal procedure. When I arrive to the car there were scratches so I had to make them come to the car and amend the contract by hand.
Pas de soucis particulier. Seul point négatif : j'ai pris la voiture à l'aéroport et ai demandé de la rendre au port distant de 6kms. Cela m'a été refusé, m'occasionnent 3 heures de contre temps vu les embouteillages au port et les attentes de bus. Précédemment j'avais déjà loué un véhicule à Santorin et avais gratuitement pu le laisser au port.
Flight was an hour late so no one waiting to pick us up, had to phone them but came promptly. Car was cheaper than other companies and the reason was it was older than others had a few scratches etc but drove ok and worried less about it. Staff were very friendly and helpful and their English was very good. Didn’t try and pressure sell any extra insurance or anything, would recommend as long as you don’t want anything new and shiny.

Very easy to use all documents provided quickly, would use again.
1. They don't have our Nissan Pulsar car ready when we reach there
2. They offer a smaller Nissan Micra and asked us to return the next day to exchange
3. And they offer an no need to fill petrol offer to us, so we returned the car without fill any petrol
4. They do not open until 8am, so they asked as to return the car at 730am without lock the door and leave the key inside the car
On arrival at the airport I had to ask another desk where ABBYCAR was situated and there was no desk as described online.
On leaving the terminal a very nice agent had a sign with our name on and we were taken to the office 5 minutes away . The man was very kind and professional and on arrival down an unlit dirt track joked that he wasn’t going to kidnap us .....
The office and pick up was quick and easy however the car he collected us in he handed over to us and we were shocked
