As soon as I arrived at the airport, I spotted the pickup person. It was just a 10-minute drive to the car rental location. There were four counters handling the process, but the wait to pick up the car was quite long since they go over the insurance coverage details with everyone. Back home, I bought full coverage insurance on the platform, which was convenient and cost-effective. There were no issues during pickup or drop-off, the car was in good condition, and everything went smoothly.

Really friendly service, and the English explanation was super clear. All the paperwork they gave me was organized and easy to follow.
