The pickup location is a 5-minute walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We reviewed the documents and filled out the forms quickly before picking up the car. Returning the car was also fast, as they just checked the fuel receipt.

The service was good, but the vehicle was too old (driven 200,000 kilometers). The return policy was a bit strange; you had to fill up the gas at the nearby station and provide the receipt!

Service by Samurai was above expectation.

Price protection did not really work.

The car was not good. Dirty. Not cleaned outside for rental. The front window rain blade was too old that the plastic would not effectively wripped off the rain.

Book Eurocar but the car company operates by Times, good service too

Waited quite a bit for the shuttle bus to pick us up to the car rental location. There wasn't a sign so we were quite worried we weren't at the right place. Had to hop on all the buses to ask if we were suppose to be on that specific bus. Other than that, the car was great and the people were very nice.

Honda GPS has problem to plot location of my hotel .

The Honda rental car company should update the new address on the webpage. It took me times on finding the exact location for returning the rental car.

It is better if there is a new car or not too aged car to be offered, since this time they had reserved a car which is run over 20k km already. But the staff in Japan service is good and polite, just the location of car pick up and drop off in Sapporo seems too far away from Airport.

Hope that it can offer more different type of car for choosing when travel. I have used your company service in many times already, good service and valuable prices per offered, thank you!

The car model did not match the one I booked.

I use Google Map instead of the car gps, not so user friendly for me. Remember to mark your location when you pickup the car.

Pickup locations in Sapporo is relatively fewer than other car rental companies.

car received in full tank and staff is helpful. The car GPS is easy to use if u have the tel nnmber of the location..

we are not told that insurance can buy upon arrival.

I realised the car was quite small and we were having hard time squeezing in our med size luggage bag. I requested to do an upgrade for a bigger car but was told I can't do that as I already paid for the car I chose during my booking. Was a bit upset as there are 4 of us and 2 are seniors. End up we have to force everything into the car. I wish we are allow to do upgrade on the spot. Or at least show us the car first before we pay for the balance as I was told because I make the full payment therefore I was not allow to do any upgrade. Beside that the customer service was good. They are polite and patiently answer all my enquiries eventhou there was a language barrier. They even make the effort to call a translator and explained to me in english. Thumbs up.

Easy to use and customer service responded efficiently. It's good that they have employees that can speak different languages to serve the customers.

The staff at samurai car rental is very good. He prepared all the instructions in a manuel and it is very easy to understand.
