It took us almost 2 hours to find the car return location. There were no signs at all. We ended up going into the airport to find someone to help us drive to the Hertz return area. No one assisted us, and it was impossible to locate by ourselves. (I've rented cars in many countries multiple times, but this is the only time I couldn't find the return location!) Although I purchased full insurance, they still charged me 251 lira for scratches when returning the car. Ridiculous.
The car was a brand new Corolla in absolutely pristine condition. It was truly a pleasure renting that car. The attitude of the service staff was very professional. The entire process was handled very well.

The booking was easy. The price offered was reasonable and overall a very easy platform to get good cars within budget across all service providers.
Pick-up and drop-off were very quick, done in a few minutes. However, even though I clearly paid for 8 days online, they insisted I only paid for 7 days. When I showed them my booking, the issue was immediately resolved. Not sure where the problem was.
