This company offers a very convenient car pick-up service. The office is right inside Denizli Airport, and the staff is very friendly. We handed them our order printout from QEEQ, and they quickly completed the verification process. The agent inspected the car's exterior and fuel level with us and pre-heated the car. Within minutes, we were driving towards Pamukkale. This company is very reliable; we received the pre-authorization deposit back on our credit card just three days after returning the car. Overall, it was a very pleasant car rental experience.

About Budget: 2.0 /10
Having traveled to 30 countries, this is the worst car rental experience I've ever had, without exception. Budget first gave me a very dirty car (automatic transmission) with an empty fuel tank, and told me I could return it empty. Excuse me?? I know about full-to-full and full-to-empty policies, but I've never encountered an empty-to-empty policy. Moreover, I've never received a dirty car before. I negotiated with Budget and requested a replacement of the same model. Initially, they were very rude and told me there were no similar cars available. After insisting several times, they found a similar car. This car started shaking violently after just 5 kilometers, which I judged to be caused by unbalanced wheels. I returned it and requested another replacement. They claimed there were no more models available. I spotted a similar model nearby and they told me it was a manual car. I agreed to take that one and asked for a refund of the difference. They refused, saying my order was for an automatic car. After multiple calls to customer service, they finally agreed to refund the difference between the automatic and manual cars. The entire process took two hours!! Never again will I rent from Budget, and I'm seriously questioning the management of the Zuzuche platform!! I hope both the platform and Budget reflect on this.

Denizli is a city with lots of hills. My wife and I dragged our suitcases uphill for over half an hour, following the map to the specified location, only to find no Enterprise there. Not many locals speak English, so we had a hard time communicating until a helpful English-speaking local returned from walking his dog. He told us the Enterprise had moved and gave us directions to another branch. We thought of abandoning our prepaid reservation and renting a car on the spot, but since the new location wasn't far, we walked there. At the new location, the staff said our reservation wasn't for their branch and told us to go back to the old address. I explained the situation, and they agreed to give us a car, but I had to pay extra with the promise of a refund when returning the car. However, I never got the refund. Was I satisfied? Definitely not. But the car was brand new and in good condition. Returning the car was easy, but it came with an empty fuel tank, which was inconvenient and cost me extra since refueling would inevitably waste some fuel.

I had booked with full insurance, but when I picked up the car, the contract did not mention any insurance. I asked the staff about the insurance and showed them my booking confirmation that included insurance. However, they told me that there was no insurance included. I tried contacting the customer service hotline and online support, but couldn't get through, so I had to buy additional insurance. Also, the return location was in another city, and they did not inform me that a password was needed to enter the return area. This resulted in me driving around the parking lot three times before I got out and asked the rental office for the password. I chose the airport location for convenience, but the whole experience was so rushed that I left my clothes and charging cable in the car. Terrible experience!

The service from the company was very warm and attentive, although there were few staff who spoke fluent English, it did not affect our communication. On the day we picked up the car, we were upgraded to a Toyota Advance. The car was in excellent condition, very new, and had only driven over 10,000 kilometers. Driving it was very comfortable. Returning the car was easy and quick. I will rent from this company again!

One of the counter staff was terrible. Pretty bad service, waited for two hours to get the cars. Deliberately used the broken credit card machine for my payment, whice another staff came and changed to the normal one. Then we can finish the deposit process.
