The experience was average. The vehicle was not the one I had reserved, which was disappointing, but its condition was acceptable.

a little bit disappointed that i booked for a small SUV but upon collection the car they didnt have the SUV type and gave us a economy car version instead. We specifically choose an SUV as we needed extra space and more comfortable car for long distance travel for our roadtrip. Although the received alternative car is in new condition, we feel very uncomfortable to travel between places cause the car abit small for our needs.

From May to December, they have been using car damage as an excuse to withhold my deposit, but I can confirm that I didn't cause any damage. Pickup was also very inconvenient because the online address was not the actual store address.

Younger driver insurance is 350 lira.

Called upon arrival at the airport, staff picked us up. High efficiency in both pick-up and drop-off processes.

1. The rental process is very simple. There's no credit card deposit, authorization, or vehicle inspection involved. Picking up and returning the car is hassle-free! 2. The car is a diesel version with plenty of power, perfect for the uneven terrain of Cappadocia! 3. One reminder: They won't hold a sign to meet you. When you are waiting for your luggage, you need to call them, inform them when you will be at the terminal entrance, and confirm how long they will take to arrive. Otherwise, you might end up waiting in the cold for nearly 30 minutes like we did. 4. If you are not going to Lake Tuz, adding 100 lira worth of fuel is enough. There are many gas stations along the way. We added 150 lira and still had 2 bars of fuel left when we returned the car. Since we picked up the car with an empty tank, it was unavoidable to waste some fuel.

1- The road conditions in Turkey are excellent. 2- The condition of the car was quite good and very spacious for four people. 3- The Tantu navigation app is not very good; overall, it is not as good as Google Maps.

The car was extremely old, with over 100,000 kilometers on it. The tire treads were very shallow, raising serious safety concerns. I won't consider using this rental service next time.

At arrival nobody was there to expect us (with a sign). We had to call the AVEC office. 5min later the staff appeared. Car had a damage so the car was not so “beautiful” but other than that everything smooth.

I would appreciate somehow if you could ensure that the rental car company is really on-site at arrival.

We needed to call to the officce to pick-up us, we were waiting ik the terminal until a citizien call the office for us.

No upselling, provided a brand new car with only 7 kilometers on it.

Overall two impressions: 1. It's unreasonable that the car wasn't provided with a full tank. I wasn't sure how far I would drive, so I ended up refueling fully, and when I returned the car, it had more than double the fuel left. Suggestion: Full tank when picking up, full tank when returning. 2. Despite repeatedly telling the store that I already bought full insurance, I was still constantly pushed to buy local insurance, which was unpleasant. Suggestion: If you need insurance, don't buy it through the rental platform; just buy it locally. In case of a claim, the compensation is faster, and you don't have to advance the payment yourself.
