The Budget return counter was closed. I had to call the number indicated there, only to find out that there's a key-drop box. Why didn't they just write it there??
I had to wait when getting the car due to staff shortages but one I was seen it was very quick.
But still wait for my deposit and I have been charged twice for the rental but Europacar.
