The paperwork was processed quickly. The staff informed me that the car was in good condition, and I could pick it up with half a tank of fuel and return it the same way. Washing the car before returning it was not necessary.
Like: We drove to a lot of places and it was a very good trip. Almost 2000 miles and a good thing about the car was no mileage charges. Overall very satisfied Dislike: When we signed up for rental should have asked more specific questions like what model car and what the customers needed scheme as low mileage big spece etc., only after we came to pick up the car questions were asked
