The car I booked was not available when I arrived at the store. How could I be satisfied?

Ended up paying charges that are unanticipated. at return, advantage representative was very rude throughout the whole process, and when she was done, she just walked away without even mentioning that the process was over.

Was charged a foreign transaction fee, which i was not aware of. both companies(advantage and easy rentcars) were not transparent with their charges.

Was not through Europcar who I used once before and never had a problem with. This trip was through ADVANTAGE, who is a disgrace.

My two car rental experiences at Atlanta Airport over the span of three weeks were the worst I've had in many years. The first time with SIXT, they didn't accept credit cards without a chip, and it took several hours to sort everything out. This time with Advantage, it took almost 3 hours in total. We waited for two hours at the counter with a long queue and only two staff members who did nothing to speed things up. After finally finishing the paperwork, we went downstairs to pick up the car and waited another hour in the cold, windy weather at around 4-5 degrees Celsius. The staff were rude, and there were only two of them, one of whom was barely working. Some customers even canceled their reservations on the spot due to the staff's attitude and service quality. I couldn’t afford to do that after the previous credit card issue and the long wait, so I just endured it.

Everything was great, however it would have been good to know even with renting with a credit card I still have to put a $200 deposit down day of rental .

The Alamo offline pick-up and return process is straightforward and the staff is friendly, with no cumbersome procedures. The high online ratings match the service we experienced. We booked a Chrysler 200 online but got a Nissan Altima; the young guy at the counter recommended a daily $6 upgrade.

The flight was delayed, but with the help of customer service, we were able to pick up the car smoothly. It's best to estimate your time accurately to avoid being late.

Like: This rental went off with a hitch. I got a great deal, the car in the picture was the car that i got(no bait and switch), over all one of the best rental experiences I've ever had!
Dislike: Nothing

No cd player was very disappointing. Every car I've ever rented had one.

Simple and efficient

The car was bigger than I'd bargained for and in excellent condition. The only slight problem was that the driver's seat smelled strongly of men's cologne. The guys behind the counter and at checkout were all very nice and extremely helpful.

Routes has great customer service, and they have very nice, clean cars. They made sure that someone was there before business hours to take me back to the airport to fly out of Atlanta. Picking up the car was quick and easy, and they were all so friendly! I will definitely use Routes again!!

Drop off at Atlanta a bit confusing as the Hertz drop off it separate from all the other drop offs
