Dislike: I had no problems. I did have to return from the airport since I forgot my wallet in my rental. When I got back to the counter, the lady was very nice and quick with finding the car I'd turned in and my wallet.
We received a superior car to what we actually booked. Advantage stayed open 2 hours late in order to facilitate our late flight and its clients. Exceptional customer service!
first car picked up stickers expired before my rental was complete so had to go back and get another car. had to go back to counter. the next car was pretty beat up but served my needs.
Not enough staff at pick up. The counter people were great, but; Support staff seemed dis-engaged and unorganized. Rather than explain the details to each customer, maybe it would be good for everyone waiting in line to be reading the general terms and sign a terms contract based on what they read while waiting. This could cut the wait time in half or more.
Like: Easy checkin and return. Easy rent cars had the cheapest rate, even less than car rental company, by hundreds. Dislike: Mazda cx3 was a terrible car. Very small, minimal leg room. Trunk can only fit 2 carryon sized suitcases.
The queue for pick up was painfully slow and other people seemed to take forever. Given we had a booking perhaps there should be an 'express lane'. We received an upgrade as the size we booked was still being cleaned.
Like: Service good n car was a good car Dislike: Car was completely covered in dirt, hadn't been cleaned since last person used. Food crumbs and dirt inside the car.
