Like: I liked everything.

There was a shuttle service from the airport, the staff was friendly, the waiting time was reasonable, and the efficiency was high.

Like: We picked up this little subcompact car for under $30/day plus tax by surfing the price down over time. The car only had 14,000 miles on it and was in pretty good shape. Just right for the island. We mostly used it to zip around. The check-in was efficient and the check out was speedy.
Dislike: Two things stand out. First, the rental lot is off-airport and the shuttle van is not as consistent as the bigger named rentals. I ended up taking an Uber, but should have waited. The car was small, but that is what I signed up for.

Like: Shuttle easy to spot, pick up was a breeze with a great staff Fernando. Car condition was great. Drop off was easy.
Dislike: None

Very good

Like: I liked the quick friendly service once I got to the counter to pick-up my van. Been to Hawaii many times, there is always a long line to pick-up your car. The van was perfect, exactly what I needed. The price was by far the best I had seen anywhere else. When we dropped off the van they helped us quickly and had a shuttle waiting to take us to the airport.
Dislike: it would be great if there was a line exclusively for people who have ordered and prepaid for a car/van, even on weekends.

Like: Fun
Dislike: Nothing

Like: Fair price and cars available on short notice.

Like: Very good rental experience, great shuttle drivers.
Dislike: A little difficult finding shuttle at the airport.

Dislike: Car was dirty, could have used a good cleaning. The pick up experience at the counter was way too long. Employee spent far too much time trying to convince me to purchase options.

Dislike: a little too much upsell! on insurance, on gas prepay! Location is a bit out of the way

Used Alamo three times during the trip, all experiences were good.

Like: Freindly staff and informative
Dislike: I was upselled to a jeep but it was worth it so happy I did it.

Like: Good, friendly service and willing to help especially in a different country. They explained everything well and got us on our journey quickly. Email response to questions before the trip were so quick, I wondered if they’re awake 24 x 7!! Fabulous - will use them again. For Sure!
Dislike: I could not select the Exact vehicle I wanted from the Internet application.

Like: Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Dislike: Nothing

Like: my trip to maui was relaxing and time well spent good return on investment
Dislike: humidity was a little stronger then i was expecting

Overall, a good experience

The service attitude is so bad that if you try to upgrade and pay more, they will just laugh and think you've fallen into their trap. Plus, they run off to grab the car for you right away. Do not upgrade or pay for anything extra on the spot, it's all a scam!

Like: Drop off was quick and easy
Dislike: Pickup location at airport not clear and not with the other rental cars

Waited 5 minutes, then was directed to the EXPRESS lane for processing; it was okay.
