Like: selection of cars

I thought adding an additional driver would be a simple process but ended up getting quite complicated as one of the staff members didn't know what to do. It ended up being a simple note on the receipt to say the car was attached. Not sure what the issue actually was but took over 20 minutes to resolve. Bit of an inconvenience but would expect all staff to be able to deal with pretty simple issues. Car was great and really like the idea that I get to choose my own car out of 7 or 8 options although no Jeep Patriot. We did get a brand new Ford Escape though so no complaints

Simple process couldn't have been smoother

Slow counter pace when picking up, a lot of customers and only one staff.

There were additional charges when returning the car, which were resolved after communication, but the staff had an arrogant attitude.

Was not so keen at being told our luggage would not fit and that we should upgrade to a bigger car When actually there was plenty of room!

The car did not meet my expectations. The tires were out of balance, it needed a steering alignment, the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, the outside of the windshield had something on it that made it difficult for rain to clear off, and the inside of the windshield had something on it that I had to clean off in order to see clearly. Other than those issues the car did well and was a decent car.

The Easyrentcars website was easy to navigate and use. I would use again.

Not crowded, short wait time. The front desk staff explained the service terms at an extremely fast pace and ambiguously avoided extra charges.

Like: Excellent price, easy steps to pickup & return, car was perfect for our needs.

The car was in excellent condition and the service was top-notch.

At the counter, they initially asked for payment including an airport tax. After questioning, they canceled it. I wanted to keep the receipt to study it, but the staff took it back. Feels like a bit of a hassle.

Like: I was very pleased that I was able to choose my vehicle and the car had all the new safety features.
