I thought adding an additional driver would be a simple process but ended up getting quite complicated as one of the staff members didn't know what to do. It ended up being a simple note on the receipt to say the car was attached. Not sure what the issue actually was but took over 20 minutes to resolve. Bit of an inconvenience but would expect all staff to be able to deal with pretty simple issues. Car was great and really like the idea that I get to choose my own car out of 7 or 8 options although no Jeep Patriot. We did get a brand new Ford Escape though so no complaints

Simple process couldn't have been smoother

Upon return only one attendant was available and there were at least 15 vehicles waiting to be returned. That was the only negative.

Great company no problems using the would recommend over the other companies

El coche no estaba muy sucio por dentro, pero no estaba limpio. Había papeles del anterior conductor en la guantera y hasta una mascarilla para covid usada debajo del asiento.

Buen servicio, precio y atención al cliente antes de la reserva. Lo volveré a utilizar.

I paid in advance, at the counter I gave Budget the wrong card. They said it was declined for the deposit, I thought it was because the deposit was over the amount available on my card. Later, after I rented a car from another agency, I realized I gave them the wrong card. Budget wouldn't take my debit card after my cc was declined. After checking about a refund, a saw fine print that I couldn't get a refund because of my credit/debit card problems. So I am not very happy about paying for a rental I didn't get to use. Also a BIG SHOUT OUT TO BUDGET FOR NOT TAKING MY DEBIT CARD LEAVING ME STRANDED.

The car net my expectation. I would use Budgey again and eastrentcars.com Thank you for you service.

The wait time actually meant we ran out of time to do what we had intended so it was disappointing from that perspective. However the process and car were outstanding.

First time renting in Nashville and the process was very quick. Even got a free upgrade to a Prius!!

As always, the prices are great and the booking process is simple

The car did not meet my expectations. The tires were out of balance, it needed a steering alignment, the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, the outside of the windshield had something on it that made it difficult for rain to clear off, and the inside of the windshield had something on it that I had to clean off in order to see clearly. Other than those issues the car did well and was a decent car.

The Easyrentcars website was easy to navigate and use. I would use again.

Random charges, the rental contract was $124.84, but I was actually charged $192.59 without any reasonable explanation.

The Chevrolet Colorado was absolutely fantastic exceeded my expectations and would recommend it.

Booking process was very easy with loads of information on what to do and the pickup location.

Straight forward and simple to use

We were a little confused at pick up as we came to the airport by private car. We found the pick up point but thought we were at the wrong place as it said it was for gold members dropping off. As there was a queue we couldn’t ask a staff member and a person in the queue told us we were at the wrong place. Some clearer signage would have helped us

Great pick up - exactly what I needed

At the counter, they initially asked for payment including an airport tax. After questioning, they canceled it. I wanted to keep the receipt to study it, but the staff took it back. Feels like a bit of a hassle.
