Like: Customer Service reps Janet and Tom were kind, helpful and fantastic. The car I reserved was not yet cleaned out, but they upgraded me for no additional charge. Dislike: n/a
AVIS provided excellent service. My English isn't very good, but the young man at the counter was very patient and didn't speak too fast. I had booked a car with a full tank of gas, but when I was about to drive off, I noticed it was only 3/4 full. After mentioning this to the rental agent, he assured me it was fine and that he would inform the drop-off location. When I returned the car, they accepted it with 3/4 tank, no questions asked. Americans are very trustworthy, and this was just one example.
Like: The whole experience was excellent! I am a first time user of Easy Rent Cars and was really pleasantly surprised. Will use again, Thrifty was fast check in and super fast check out.

Like: I loved the car Dislike: Calling hertz on the phone and speaking to the reps I was driving in a massive rain down pour and needed to change location of drop off they could not tell me how far hertz was from hotel I was staying at . Paying more for a different drop off location seems rediculous to me
The guy at drop off location however was very nice
Like: Polite staff member. no delay getting on the road to complete the journey. Dislike: Vehicle had a annoying noise from the rear on the highway (i suspect a wheel bearing)
