The service attitude is quite good.

Like: I liked everything from taking car to drop off.

Dislike: Fairly good price on car. Friend got a better deal from someone else online.

Dislike: The license renewal was two months out of date which could have caused a problem... but didn't luckily.

Did not go to pick up the car

Dirty, smelly cars, not happy with Advantage for the first time, i changed car because alignment on my car was out so they changed 139$ on it. Weird. Not happy with Advantage at RDU

The cars from Dollar are relatively old, but they work fine. They even gave us a free upgrade. Both picking up and returning the car were very convenient. However, they always try to add insurance without asking, so make sure to double-check when picking up the car. QEEQ helped me communicate and get it removed, so overall, I'm fairly satisfied. There are toll roads on the East Coast of the US, and I got lost a few times. I was charged $50 when I got back home, so be careful. On the West Coast, there's only one toll at the Golden Gate Bridge.

The issue with the credit card seems to be the company's fault.

I paid in full on the rental website, but when I arrived at the store, I upgraded the car group and they asked me to pay in full again.
