Was informed by your colleague that the car was in perfect condition with no scratches or dents but before I left the pickup point I had call the assistant to my vehicle to point out several scratches & dents and informed him that I’ve taken photos which are dated and I all so took several photos of my rental before returning.
I was not the only customer who had to point out issues which I witnessed on the 4th July 2019
