The staff upgraded us to a new car. We really appreciated it! Overall, the experience was excellent, and we will use this rental company again.

They provided a new XC60, which was great.

4WD booked was a 2WD in the parking lot, eventhough at key collection it was (re)confirmned to be a 4WD. Enterprise did give a discount afterwards, but would have preferred to be a as booked. The tone of voice was friendly and helpfull.

Great comms and text reminders.

Overall, it was pretty good. Renting a car in Geneva went smoothly and I was given an upgrade. However, returning the car was frustrating because they insisted a mark on the wheel rim was my fault. Thankfully, I had photos to prove otherwise. Make sure to inspect the car carefully.

The service was excellent, no language barriers.

We found additional scratches on the exterior of the car. Be sure to take photos and report it to the rental company before taking the car. It's recommended to take a picture of the fuel gauge when picking up the car. We received it without a full tank. We filled up at a gas station about thirty minutes from the airport, and when returning the car, they questioned where we refueled since it was just slightly below full. Showing them the fuel gauge photo from the start changed their attitude immediately. Additionally, during our drive, the Adblue warning light kept coming on. We had to buy urea and refill it at a gas station. The staff said it wasn't necessary, but the warning light was constantly on, and not refilling it could have caused starting issues. If this happens, remember to keep the receipt; we found out when returning the car that you can get a refund with the invoice...

Great experience. We were upgraded from the Ford Focus we booked to a lovely Kia Sportage.

The car was old and difficult to drive.

The total order was 4717 yuan (including insurance), but we were charged an additional 2000 yuan for hidden insurance fees upon arrival.

Was informed online that I needed to wait two hours to pick up the car. Immediate rentals at the counter were much more expensive, and after waiting, the car options were significantly different.

Even though I bought full insurance, they still tried to upsell roadside assistance at the pickup point.

The Jeep I booked was not available so they offered a BMW 1 series instead. The car was a good drive

Platform was great and easy to use, especially as a diamond member.

The hotline is hard to reach, and when you do, they speak French, which is very inconvenient. Better to go with a larger company.
