Picking up the car was smooth, the vehicle was in good condition, and the service attitude was great.

The car rental location is far from the airport; I encountered issues returning the car and couldn't find the drop-off point.

A broken car requires a 900 Euro deposit? Not enough? Here's another option, pay 25 Euros for insurance to reduce the deposit to 250 Euros.

The company is not far from the airport and provides shuttle service. Picking up and returning the car is convenient. Staff are friendly and efficient. However, the deposit of 800 euros is quite high. The car is in good condition and very new, and the rental price is cheaper than the rental companies inside the airport.

Like: From the shuttle bus to the staff checking in/out the car, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Service was extremely efficient and we were in and out within 10 minutes or so.
Dislike: Rental is outside the terminal and it was hard to work out how to get back to the rental place to drop the car off - used Waze as GPS and it didn't take us to the correct place.

Average service, but the price is cheap.

The staff were friendly and humorous. They were so engaged in discussing my iPhone X that they seemed to forget everything else.

Absolutely excellent service, free airport pickup to the parking area, on-site car rental procedures, they even take you to refuel, help you find your hotel, and give you travel advice and suggestions.
