Quite good

Very friendly stuff, I was given an upgrade without charge. The car was 6 years old and sometimes felt like I was driving a truck even though it was small but fuel consumption was low and did the job so overall a very positive experience. Would use again.

Extremely dissatisfied with this car rental experience: I visit Cyprus several times a year and always rent a car, but this time I forgot my credit card. At the airport rental service center, after negotiations, I was allowed to use cash as a deposit to take the car. I repeatedly asked if the cash would be refunded, and the staff assured me it would be. However, when I returned the car, the service department told me that 380 euros were used for full insurance (I should emphasize that I had already bought full insurance online when I rented the car). I asked several times if the cash would be refunded, and I was assured it would be, and I even took photos, but...

Good value helpful staf

The service attitude was poor. When I went to wash the car, no one spoke English. They made me pick up the car late. Initially, I didn't want to rent the car and planned to take a taxi, but I ended up having to get the car because it was too late. I couldn't drive to Larnaca, couldn't cross the border, so I returned the car to the rental company after an hour or two. They refused to refund me! Their attitude was really bad!

First time renting car from Paphos Downtown location. No queues, excellent service. Car was bigger than that booked, 3 years old but in perfect order and clean. Very rapid process on car return with no quibbles or fuss. Certainly a good experience and will use again.

Абсолютно непрозрачные условия. Забронировала машину якобы с полной защитой, заплатила заранее 130 евро за 8 дней. По факту - пришла на стойку за машиной потребовали еще столько же денег. Тоже 130 евро. За полную защиту. Дали старый и убитый Nissan March, пробег 90000 км, черный (само то на Кипре с маленьким ребенком, ага), в прокате судя по номерам уже 4 года. Разгонялась на трассе ужасно медленно, но не сломалась, слава богу. Жутко недовольна бронированием. 260 евро за 8 дней за такую старую и убитую машину - это очень много. Никогда больше не воспользуюсь услугами этой прокатной компании. Absolutely opaque conditions. Booked a car allegedly with full protection, paid in advance 130 euros for 8 days. Deceptive to consumers; no counter inside the airport, yet it was advertised as such, causing us significant inconvenience when picking up and returning the car.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade - especially as I had rented the car at an extremely competitive rate. The gentleman who collected me/dropped me off at the airport and completed the paperwork at the office was very friendly and helpful

You need to wash the car before returning it. They took a deposit for half a tank of fuel when I picked up the car and refunded it upon return. I originally booked a Ford Focus, but they said it wasn't available at pickup and gave me a Hyundai instead. The car was very new.
