Like: I needed to rent a car for a specific 8 hours one day, this is exactly what I got, language was not a problem, no hassle, new car, no issues, easy pickup and return
Dislike: absolutely nothing.

The Hertz staff is great. Since I am a repeat customer, they make the trade off quick & simple

Easy to book. No hidden fees. No confusion when I got to the Hertz counter.

The car was dirty - in one of the the object compartment there was an old cookie and a bottle of some drink from the previous person who rented the car. Also the car was smelling of cigarettes.

Good service and support, but there was some confusion about required documents for my pickup (Canadian drivers license in Luxembourg). There was something about international drivers permit that the app said I had to have, but reaching out to local authorities, they said it wasn't possible, and when picking up the car - no questions about it, but this "requirement" caused me to stress out and worry if I may get denied the car when picking up. Should be more clear.

They finally gave me a better car for the same price so I could have more space. I always rent with them and always glad of their services !

Le site Easyrentcats, comme son nom l'indique est très facile a utiliser, compare les meilleures offres, à un tarif moins cher que les compagnies. Je recommande.

The service from Zhulzhu Car is great, but it's inconvenient to exchange cars from the basement after 11 PM at this store. After returning the car at the airport past 11:45 PM, there are no buses available, so you have to take a taxi.

This company is a scam. Everything was made clear during the return, but I was inexplicably charged 34 euros! It's daylight robbery!

The car pickup process was straightforward. Adding an additional driver was free, and there was no upselling.

The car was very new, with only a little over 2,000 kilometers. The staff at the counter were easy to communicate with, and the return process was quick and simple.
