The car was very new, with only a little over 2,000 kilometers. The staff at the counter were easy to communicate with, and the return process was quick and simple.

Good service and support, but there was some confusion about required documents for my pickup (Canadian drivers license in Luxembourg). There was something about international drivers permit that the app said I had to have, but reaching out to local authorities, they said it wasn't possible, and when picking up the car - no questions about it, but this "requirement" caused me to stress out and worry if I may get denied the car when picking up. Should be more clear.
