They struggled a bit with English. Although the rental fee was prepaid, they almost charged me again. Other than that, the service was great. Excellent car rental company.
The location is quite easy to find, not far from the airport. I initially thought I had to pick up the car at the airport, only to find out later that I had to take their shuttle bus to another location. The staff there were nice and their English was decent, so communication was not an issue. Make sure to print out the reservation document; I forgot mine and it took a while to sort out. The person who helped check the car was a middle-aged man, very nice and meticulous. The return process was quick with just a cursory check. Overall, this car rental experience was very pleasant, efficient, and the car was in good condition. Full 5 stars.
