Not bad

The website displayed the wrong address and no one followed up, which cost an extra 20,000 WON and a half-hour drive to pick up the car. We waited at the store for twenty minutes before anyone returned. The staff's English was hard to understand, making communication difficult. The car wasn't full of fuel, which was inconvenient.

The staff were nice and polite!

Like: car is spacious
Dislike: Car is big and sometimes hard to negotiate on Jeju narrow roads and carparks

We arrived at Incheon around 9 PM... being able to pick up the car at the airport instead of taking a shuttle bus to an off-site location was really reassuring. Although there was no GPS in any language, relying on the Korean Naver Map on the phone, we still managed to drive back to Times Square and only got lost a few times over the next five days... The fuel tank wasn't full when we picked up the car, which worried us a bit about refueling at return... but everything went smoothly in the end, very grateful.

The staff had a good service attitude, and the car pickup was fast, but their English skills could be improved. There were no major issues, so I am satisfied with the service.

I was the only one in line for half an hour, and they kept questioning my international driver's license. Recently, car rental companies in Jeju have been very slow when dealing with Chinese customers.

Like: Picking and returning the rental car was smooth. Very happy that there was an English speaking staff who attended to us.
Dislike: More flexibility in terms of car returning times.

Like: Fast, no upsell, cleaned and new cars. No hassle just oick up and go. Return was super efficient too. Friendly staff too. Only small downside - Not clear that we needed to take a free bus transfer from airport

Like: RAY fits what we need - a car for 2. It is quite spacious for 2 persons if you are travelling with huge luggage. The portable GPS attached with the car has been a great help. Better then waze!
Dislike: We were waiting for more than 30 minutes to pick up our car when the others who came later got theirs within 5 minutes. The car given to us is quite old and very dirty (outside, inside is clean). The passenger's seat buckle in not in good condition.

Like: fast and efficient staffs
Dislike: the gps navigation system

Like: Hassle free and prompt collection of car . Car condition is good and even have insurance
Dislike: The pick up point is not exactly at berth 5. Suggest to have a standard location to have all the passengers on board especially for foreigners

Good

Like: Everything went fine regardless the fact that i don't have credit card; I booked the car via debit card. Most of the car rental company would ask for credit card upon pickup. The staff is very helpful and they are giving their best to speak in english. Don't worry, they can understand and converse in basic english. Car pickup and drop-off is very fast. They also refund the money back to us because we left more fuel compared to the original fuel level when we pickup the car. :) Really glad that I choose this car rental.
Dislike: I think the car itself is a little bit old. We drove it around Jeju Island, and sometimes it squeek. And sometimes when we tried to brake, it suddenly shaking. It terrify us at first but we used to it after first day; hoping that we're not stranded in the middle of no where.

The order included a one-way fee, but the local rental company said it was a mistake and demanded additional payment. It was difficult to communicate because of the language barrier, and it took a long time to get the car.

Like: There are professional guy who can speak english and guide us. Well done!
Dislike: Nothing much, just we cant get the car we reserve for but they do provide other similar car for us

Dislike: Staff English speaking not fluently, the car is not so clean when received.

Like: that the staff at Avis rental inside airport is okay. Good enough communication to figure out where the next stop will be to the shuttle then to the AJ Rental Car. Staff there was friendly.
Dislike: None really

Convenient, both dropoff and pickup are at the airport entrance, the car interior is clean.

Like: They have make our journey there in Jeju the best we ever had...fantastic services and good attention to customers...and they did their best with their limited english but everything was fine...the returning part was handled by a young man with superb English command and very cheerful nature making this the best experience we ever had...Thank you so much for everything!!!!!
Dislike: GPS provided by the car rental agency is not in english BUT they really try their best to teach us how to use it and they did not know the existence of WAZE which is better suited for us...anyway, this is a small matter and we thoroughly enjoyed this experience...it will be good if they can provide English version of GPS for those who do not use Waze or other navigation system at all....
