I must say, the 'hospitality and politeness' can be felt right after landing. My trip to Taiwan was very satisfying!

The only international car rental company in Taiwan, reliable service and very good attitude.

I was told to return the car before 8:30 PM, but before their closing time, they told me they had an appointment and were leaving early. I was already near the return location but couldn't find the exact spot. When I called, they said they had already left and asked me to go to a different location, wasting nearly an hour of my time. The customer service told me to wait in the parking lot, and after over 20 minutes, no one showed up. The company's phone was unanswered, so I had to call the main office to file a complaint. Eventually, I managed to return the car, but it took over two hours! The car had scratches everywhere, and the rear light was broken and fixed with glue. Make sure to check the car thoroughly when picking it up!

The service is good, but the airport return signs are unclear.

The car had a scratched tire. Since there was no replacement car available, I had to wait almost an hour. The staff's attitude was good, but it wasted my time.

The service was not provided by JT Rent-A-Car, it was subcontracted to EZ Rent-A-Car. However, the service from EZ Rent-A-Car was excellent, and the staff were very friendly!
