Like: our board bags didn't fit in original car so they just swapped it for us no problem!!! met us at the airport for pick up and drop off.

Picked up the car near Taipei Station, a short walk from the metro. After verifying documents, the staff reminded us that turning right on a red light is not allowed... We inspected the car together, took photos of the fuel gauge, and then hit the road... Returned the car near Kaohsiung Station... Since we needed to take the high-speed rail back to Taipei and we were a group of seven, the owner’s father kindly drove us to the high-speed rail station after we completed the return procedures. It was very heartwarming...

Like: Wendy was friendly and the car is in good condition.
Dislike: Wendy couldn't find the reservation initially which contributed to a delay on meeting me at the airport to get the rental.

For this JT company, nobody at the airport knew about it. They sent a message at 11:30 PM the night before departure, asking me to add someone on WeChat to arrange the car pickup. I had noted my arrival flight and pickup time when I placed the order. I waited 40 minutes at the airport before someone showed up, then it took another 20-minute drive to reach an office outside the airport. It was basically a private rental company with 5 or 6 cars. They briefly recorded my details and asked for a security deposit of 2000 RMB. I offered to pay by card, but they subtly insisted on WeChat or Alipay. Due to time constraints, I didn't argue and paid as asked. Later, I was told it would take 90-120 days to refund the deposit, which I found problematic. The car they provided was different from what I had ordered and seemed to be of a lower tier. It wasn't fully fueled either. The condition of the car wasn't good; the steering wheel was not aligned, and the wheels were not properly balanced. I wouldn't recommend renting from this company in the future.

Like: It was a fuss free booking with OK Car Rentals. Ms Chiou that assisted us throughout the entire process was very helpful and accommodating. She sent and pick up the vehicle at our hotel and fulfilled all our requests (GPS, child seat and stroller rental) for free. Communication was effectively done via email and also WhatsApp. The rental fees was also one of the most affordable ones according to my research. Car provided was clean and in good condition. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service and car rental.
Dislike: The only downside was a child car seat was given rather than an infant car seat, thus it wasn't 100% safe for my 5 months old baby as the car seat was more for a bigger child as it is forward facing and have less neck support. Given this was provided complimentary of the car rental, I have no complains. Just sharing for those who intend to request for a infant car seat. Providers speak very little english, however with Google translate this shouldn't be much of a problem.

The car had 90,000 kilometers on it, and when we first picked it up, it only had one bar of fuel left. The headlight indicator was broken, so during the day we didn't even know if the lights were on. When we were picking up the car, they kept urging us to take it. We clearly booked the car for five days, so it's their responsibility to have the car ready. They said if we didn't come by 2 PM, we'd have to wait until evening, which made us rush and feel stressed - it was just ridiculous. Our vehicle got scratched, and the compensation was arbitrary with no clear guidelines. The car was in poor condition, with unrepaired dents on the door. For a very small scratch (no paint fell off, just a tiny crack in the base paint and the bodywork was intact), they insisted on repainting the entire rear and charged us 1100 RMB. We got severely ripped off - do not choose this company.

The car was in terrible condition, an old car that had been driven over 100,000 kilometers. The tires had no tread, and there were numerous scratches and dents all over the car. We waited at the airport for them to deliver the car, and they made it very difficult for us. First, they asked for a deposit, which they would hold for two months, and then they tried to sell us insurance. They claimed that even if you bought full insurance through the rental platform, you wouldn't get compensation. They threatened us with various fines and penalties. The lease terms were misleading and unfair!

The service was excellent. I could pick up the car directly at the airport, and returning it was just as easy. The overall experience was great. Additionally, the driver's license process was simple; just a translated and notarized driver's license was enough. Very convenient.

The car was delivered and picked up at the airport. The driving instructor explained the traffic rules and driving precautions for both Taiwan and the mainland. The service was warm, thorough, and responsible.

Dislike: Maybe about parking was not clear. And the highway for min 3 person in car to travel. Operating of fog light and headlights. As my country do not have cliff, mountain and fog.
