Thrifty at Menorca airport

Like: Pick up desk right by carousel, staff efficient but did try to up sell their own insurance (wasn't happy that we had our own). Did manage to up sell a better car than booked and offer additional driver, but happy as it was a minimal fee. Car was great and very fuel efficient! Drop off was very easy.
Dislike: Staff gave vague instructions as to where we could find car and said a colleague would be there to go over car for any previous damage. As it was late/dark took a while to find location and no one there/difficult to check condition of car.
