Waited an hour for them to collect me. They gave me a car that was damaged on every panel then charged me £375 for two microscopic marks that they did not record when I picked the car up - scammed me because I did not take their premium insurance at £38 per day. Held me to ransom. Collection took a total of 2.5 hours because their software is faulty and rejects credit cards but takes them on another machine they have. I could go on......

I will never use easirent again, in fact I will express my feelings to anyone else that needs car hire, the whole experience was horrible
