All so easy and efficient. Quick pick up and drop off compared to what I expected! Wasnt pressured to by anything extra. He staff were lovely. Got the car from the city not airport. Really nice new car. Clean, not much mileage. No problems with it at all served us well for 6 weeks across NZ.

The service was great. After arriving at the airport, I called, and coincidentally ran into the rental company's car dropping off a customer. After returning the car, they also took me to the Remarkables shops.

There was staff at the airport to hand over the car, and the process was quick and simple. Most importantly, the car was in great condition and the price was reasonable. Plus, diesel cars save a lot of money!

our flight was delayed and we arrived in wellington after 6pm.nobody was thereand no one answered the mobile phone no given.we had to take a taxi which cost us $76.and had to come in the next day to collect the car.Not very satisfactory.
