Like: The rep was super friendly and welcoming. Very helpful as well and understanding. We explain our situation and she gave us a clear explanation of the charges and suggested some of our option for rent. The location is not exactly at the airport. You have to take a free shuttle bus to get to the location of the vendor. Tried calling when we arrive at Schiphol and no answer, BUT, she apologize because it was a busy day and were not able to answer the phone. When we were there, there were a lot of customers as well so we understood. Overall, she treat us very nicely and did apologize for not answering the call. So there is absolutely no issue here. Dislike: No detailed instruction for the tourist. Please state that we have to take a bus to get to the location. If you have this in the confirmation email, im sure no other customer will go around IN the airport looking for the "vendor name" booth. In my case, vendor name is Green Motion.
