I couldn't pick up the car at the reserved city center location in Penang. Hawk staff informed me that it was the agency's mistake, so I had to take a ride-hailing car to Penang Airport to get the car. They arranged and paid for the ride. (But I wasted time due to the pickup issue, please review what went wrong!)
Car is brand new but have smoking smell,counter pick up staff is friendly , return car method also easy n fast at Penang airport.
