When I picked my car up, the guy just said it's the white one over there. I am older and would of appreciated a bit of instruction on the technology. The drop off was not good. The lady accepted my keys and charged my card and said goodbye. I asked her to come inspect my car that there was no damage. She said they did not do that. WHAT? I said her driver could move it, or damage it and I would be liable. She said she could not go outside. There were 2 other people there. I said I am not trying to be a problem but I want my car written off as the way I picked it up. At that point, she was very rude but did come out. I will never use that location again. Texas is hot, and she was being lazy...but what's right is right. Bad customer service.

Quite good. The staff wasn't there when we first arrived, and we had to wait for a while. We were a bit worried since we're foreigners, but everything went smoothly in the end.
During the pandemic, the security guard handled the process for me. It was quite good because there was a power outage and I had to wait for a while, but they automatically upgraded my car.

I booked certain car (Corvet) .
When i came to the office , they said that there is no corvet .
And offer another , as they told “similar “.
But the was not coupe car .
It was 4 doors car .
And it’s windscreen wipes were broken .
After that they told me that they dont have similar car any more .
And offer another kind of car .
But they didnt change the price.
To increase the number of choices for the minivans and get higher car trims than just the basic trim.
