The car had water on the passenger floor the whole time I had the car. Maybe leak in the heating coil. The driver side window controls only worked on the drivers window not any other. The trunk had not been cleaned. Since they did. It have anyone around when I returned the car I was not able to tell anyone. I was not told there was not going to be anyone there when I returned the car so I had to return to the car to get the keys and put them into the drop off box.

It was the peak time for flight arrivals when we got there, and we had to wait in line for nearly two hours to get the car. The process itself was smooth, and the staff were very friendly without trying to sell any additional insurance.
The car I booked online was not available, and I was given a different vehicle without prior notice, almost causing me to cancel my reservation. In the end, I had no choice but to spend over an hour going to another location to pick up a small Jeep, which cost an additional fifteen dollars. I personally feel it wasn't my fault at all, but I had to compromise. The service in the US is just like this, much worse compared to back home.
The queue was very slow, the reserved car model was unavailable, and they recommended higher-end models with an additional charge of $250 to $400. After refusing, they tried to sell other services. Eventually, I ended up paying an extra $70 for the car. The process took nearly 2 hours.
