When returning the car, there were some scratches on the bumper that didn't affect anything, but they charged me 120,000 yen. Total rip-off. I suspect the car was already like that when I picked it up, but unfortunately, I didn't take pictures then. Plus, the car didn't match the booking.
Overall car rental wise was good. Pickup and dropoff was convenient and on time. Would recommend to use this company next time.
