Routes did not have the vehicle I ordered. I was forced to take a smaller vehicle than my needs required. I got a very inexperienced counter person who was receiving no help from the other staff. It took a lot longer than It should have. Parking lot was very packed with cars. No room in the lot.

I was surprised with extra fee of $90+ because I didn’t have a comprehensive insurance so I have to buy one from them for the 5 days I’m renting the car. My cost doubled.
When I was returning the car. The old man from the desk told me to go out and drop off the key to someone outside the office. It’s just so happened the shuttle driver was there and told me to drop off the key inside the office to an agent there. Poor communication and customer service by the old senior guy with a arm sling.
