The car pickup location at Antalya Airport is quite conspicuous, but the place where you handle the paperwork is far from where you pick up the car. There was an old man handling the paperwork who seemed to make the process difficult with many formalities. Luckily, we had a young guy assisting us, so there weren't too many unnecessary issues. Returning the car in Izmir was inconvenient, as you need to park the car at the entrance of the parking lot, find the car drop-off point in the underground parking by yourself, and get an entry card to enter. Everything was in Turkish, which made it incomprehensible, and no one answered the phone.

The attitude made me feel like I owed them money in a past life.

The car pickup in Antalya was very troublesome. None of the three models agreed upon on the website were available! The staff acted like we either had to get a refund or just take the car. Their attitude was terrible! Also, dual-currency credit cards with a UnionPay logo couldn't be used; only single-currency cards like USD or Euro were accepted... The staff in Izmir were very friendly, guided us to the parking lot, took us to the departure hall, and returned our deposit instantly. They didn't even charge us for the highway fees!

Never got the car rental, the office was closed and booking had to be shifted to Avis. Very bad service by budget

The call center staff very helpful and prompt in arranging another rental due to no fault of theirs. Avis staff at new rental were amazing and super helpful
