The car was in poor condition considering the price but it did what it needed to do. The horn didn’t work, we had to share the front seat adjuster handle. Overall it was a bit shabby and when you consider the exchange rate, very, very expensive. One of the reasons we booked with this comps was the promise of an additional driver at no cost. We were informed on arrival that this was not the case and we’d need to pay more. Very poor.

I noticed scratches on the car when returning it and was charged 500 lira. I followed their instructions and had the amount charged to my card. Since I was at the airport and about to board, they assured me they would email the invoice, but I never received it even after several days back home. When I called, they rudely hung up on me! Now, I can't provide the bill to my insurance company for reimbursement. Such a dishonest company, I will never use them again!

It was a smooth car rental experience overall. However, the staff at the car rental branch in Turkey seemed a bit unscrupulous. Although we had already discussed insurance online, they insisted on purchasing additional insurance at pick-up, implying that we might not be able to get the car otherwise. We reluctantly paid an extra 100 euros for some glass insurance and speeding insurance. Complaining about this! It's the branch at Izmir Airport, Turkey.

Our group of 8 rented a car from Izmir, Turkey for 7 days. On the first day, they brought us a Mercedes minivan with 7 seats, but we had originally rented a 9-seater Toyota minibus. We didn't accept it, and the rental company promised to deliver the car to our hotel before we set off the next day. Surprisingly, they delivered a 10-seater Fiat minivan to us that same night at 10 PM. We were very satisfied. Since it was dark, we didn't check the car's condition thoroughly. The next morning, we found a small hole in the front windshield, and were worried it might cause issues when returning the car, but everything went smoothly. There was no deposit needed. Overall, the service was excellent and punctual. Highly recommended.
