Great experience, fair and polite

Pickup and drop-off were both convenient, no insurance upselling, no signing required, and no car inspection upon return. However, my credit card was charged $72 the next day with no explanation. Reported to QEEQ and they are investigating.

Couldn't get a Challenger when picking up the car, they gave me a Charger instead, which I thought was okay since it's a V6. However, the rear tire had a slow leak, almost got stranded on the way to Grand Teton National Park. Had to keep inflating the tire until I found a place to exchange the car. They tried to give me a Cruze, but after some negotiation, I got an Escape. They still charged me $61. Returning the car was relatively smooth, but they charged me $12 a few hours later, not sure what that was for. A few years ago, I rented from Hertz in North Carolina, and their service was much better. Not sure if it's a regional difference or if Hertz has declined. I recommend not choosing Hertz...

Very good, little to no waiting time, enthusiastic service.

This rental location is small, with limited vehicles and cramped parking space. I booked a RAV4 but got a Chevrolet instead, which had a small luggage space. There was also a bit of trash inside the car, and the cleanliness was not as good as ENTERPRISE.

The car was great. Super easy drop off. Unfortunately the computers were not working on our arrival so we spent over an hour waiting for them to re-boot after a 26 hour journey - The staff were friendly.
