Picking up the car took long because of some issues with previous customers. It would help if the other available staff could come to assist and not stay behind for what looked like administrative work. Now it took longer than needed. But, when we were helped, the person was very friendly and upgraded our car to a stationwagen, for free, when he saw our teenagers and luggage.

First time user, but very pleased with it. We returned earlier and your customer service was of great help here!!

The car was fine, but picking it up was an absolute nightmare. I had no idea a rental car company could be this bad. When we arrived, there were maybe 15-20 people in line in front us. From the time that we arrived, to when we actually drove off the lot was literally two and a half hours. The young woman we dealt with at the counter was very nice, but the whole place was grossly understaffed, and her co-worker was strolling around like he was at the beach. Truly a dreadful experience.

We have been charged extra for having another person on the car, but we asked at the desk and were informed this was for free. Subsequently, I have been charged over £40 by my credit card including interest, this was never meant to happen and has affected my credit rating. It is a shame as we come to that airport often and always need to hire a car, but this has tainted my experience and probably wouldn't use you again.

The counter staff took it personally that I declined to take €84 extra smart cover for damage insurance and chose a €1050 deposit instead. She was very rude with me (Mariana Teresita Di Stasio) when the bank declined my first attempt at paying the €1050 deposit. Eventually we were successful but she really pushed for me to pay an extra damage waiver and was unpleasant. Talking about me to her colleagues in Spanish almost as if I was not there.

Booking was easy and I would use easy rent cars again.
